What are the workouts you conduct?
We conduct six workouts, For more clarification you refer Fitness programme page.
How many days in a week classes will be there & timing?
Classes are conducted 6 days in a week (Monday to Saturday), From morning 6 AM to Evening 10 PM (every hour batches are available).
What should be the time gap between meal and exercise?
2hrs 30 mins- 4 hrs after meal, but snacks and slice of fruits can be eaten before 1 hrs -1hrs 30 mins.
What is the capacity of your studio?
Our studio can accommodate up to 30 persons, but it varies from centre to centre.
Do you provide diet chart also?
Yes, we do provide diet chart as well.
What facilities do you provide in the studio?
Facilities like changing room, locker, shower facility etc.
Do we have to choose any particular timings / workout?
No, Timing are flexible, member's may attend the session according to their convenience, member's will get all six workout in same package, so member's can attend any workout.
How much weight / Inches can be loose in a month?
With regular practice of our workout, one can lose 3-5 KG and 1-3 Inches.
Is it unisex/ what will be age group?
Yes, it is unisex and the age group will be 12 - 60.
What would be the mode of payment?
Mode of payment would be cash, cheque & card.
